Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Forge Web Studio ("Forge," "we," "us") and any services purchased through forgesitedesign.com. By submitting a project brief or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

Forge provides custom website design services at a flat rate of $349 per project. Each project includes up to three pages, one round of revisions after delivery, mobile-responsive design, basic SEO setup, Google Analytics integration, and custom domain registration for the first year.

Additional pages are available at $49 per page. Additional revision rounds are available at $39 each. The Forge Care Plan and other add-ons are offered at separately listed rates.

Payment is due upon delivery and approval of the completed website. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you confirm the work meets the agreed scope.

Forge does not store your payment card information. All billing data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI compliance standards.

Each project includes one round of revisions after the initial delivery. A revision round means a single consolidated list of changes submitted at one time — not iterative or ongoing edits.

Additional revision rounds beyond the included one are billed at $39 each and must be requested and paid for prior to implementation.

If you are not satisfied with the delivered website within 7 days of delivery, you are not required to pay. This guarantee applies to the initial $349 website build only and does not extend to paid add-ons or revision rounds already completed.

To invoke the guarantee, contact us at info@forgesitedesign.com within 7 days of delivery with a description of your concerns.

Domain registration is included in your build for the first year. After year one, domain renewal is managed as follows:

Clients with an active Forge Care Plan will have their domain renewed automatically at no additional cost.

Clients without a Care Plan will be notified 60 days before their domain expiry date and given the option to activate the Forge Care Plan or transfer the domain to their own registrar account.

Forge Web Studio reserves the right to allow domains to expire if the client has not responded to renewal notices and does not have an active Care Plan.

Forge Web Studio is not liable for any loss of business resulting from domain expiry due to non-response or failure to maintain an active Care Plan.

All websites built by Forge Web Studio are hosted on our platform. Clients do not receive raw code or server credentials. Your content, branding, and business information remain yours at all times.

Sites remain live and accessible for all active clients. Clients on the Forge Care Plan receive priority maintenance and support. If you wish to migrate your site to another platform, contact us and we will work with you on a reasonable transition plan.

In the unlikely event that Forge Web Studio ceases operations, we will provide clients with a minimum 30-day notice and assist with transition options where possible.

Upon receipt of full payment, you own all rights to the final delivered website and its custom content. Forge retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Any third-party assets (fonts, stock photography, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses.

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, and timely feedback. Delays caused by lack of client response may affect project timelines. Forge is not liable for delays arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

Forge Web Studio's total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
