Refund Policy

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the delivered website within 7 days of delivery, you don't pay. No questions asked.

This is a straightforward satisfaction guarantee — if the final product doesn't meet the agreed scope and you let us know within 7 days, you owe nothing for the website build.

To invoke the 7-day satisfaction guarantee, email us at info@forgesitedesign.com within 7 days of receiving your delivered site. Include a brief description of your concerns. We will process any applicable refund within 5–10 business days to the original payment method via Stripe.

The guarantee applies to the initial $349 website build fee. If you are unsatisfied and invoke the guarantee before the 7-day window closes, you will not be charged — or if payment was already made, a full refund of the $349 will be issued.

The following are non-refundable once delivered or activated:

• —Additional revision rounds ($39 each) that have already been completed
• —Additional pages ($49/page) that have already been designed and delivered
• —Forge Care Plan payments after the billing period has begun

Before invoking the refund guarantee, we strongly encourage you to use your included revision round. Our goal is to get the site right. If specific elements need adjustment, we will address them promptly within the agreed revision scope.

A refund request does not need to follow a revision round — if you simply aren't happy with the direction, the guarantee applies regardless.

If you wish to cancel a project that is already in progress, please contact us as soon as possible. Projects cancelled before delivery will not be charged. Projects cancelled after delivery are subject to the 7-day satisfaction guarantee terms above.
